Believe me, they're "real"

Did any of these hot "stinky" messes get you going for the upcoming weekend? Today's "15 minute" celebrities of twitter and other social networking sites just love to grab us by the short hairs and tell us what to like and dislike. I, however troll along at a different pace and have fell victim to the vicious snarkiness of adding comments to some of the more thought provoking stories about celebrities.

I like many millions of you could really care less about what some "15'er" had for lunch or why they're getting sent to jail. To me there are just many more things in my own life that could use those fifteen minutes wasted on bratty kids.

Do you know how real men grill? With wood of course. Simply lighting the trees and forest and throwing a slab of beef into the fray won't cut it though. Watch the video and wrestle with the techniques shown by this videographer. He means well, I guess.

With the Fourth of July arund the corner this kind of tips could come in handy. I particularly like the idea of soaking the wood in various elements to give off different aromatic flavors to the smoke.
