I’ve been thinking of taking up a hobby or new recreational activity since the majority of my spare time is spent sitting around. The paunch of my gut has beckoned me to give skateboarding a try once more. However, with all of the new skate shoes out there it seems to be a very daunting task to pick a set of shoes for a man of my size and limited ability.
My son has a pair but those that I brought him were Nike SB shoes, and they were really nice, especially for a child his age. He’s 10, and every time the sun shines he goads me into taking him to the local park. Not a skate park but a park that is really secluded and has nice flat pavement for either biking, rollerblading, and of course his favorite, skateboarding. Pictures will come soon, and yes they will include some shots or video of me twisting an ankle, bruising a knee or the proverbial shin splints.
With this new attitude for purchasing a quality set of skate shoes, I will need more factual and up to date information. Do I go for top quality like Osiris skate shoes or do I settle for the cool factor with a set of Vans skate shoes? The choices and selection of course are mine and mine alone, so I have to make the right choice.

Lately, I’ve been using my inactivated G1 Android cellphone for internet service. Granted it’s not as fast as what I used ti have when I was a victim of Brighthouse Cable. Having been a customer of their television and internet service for 4 years granted me no kind of leeway for a discount since times are hard right now.
Needless to say, that I’m cable tv and home wi-fi deprived. And now I found a way to use my old G1 phone for the internet that I am on for now.
Using a software called PdaNet from the android Market helps me to make my connection. The free version of the software has to be downloaded to the computer and the app from the market helps complete the connection. The free version will not allow you access to “https” sites but simple surfing and making posts from your admin panel for WordPress is possible.

That's right this administration thinks more of the government of Mexico than its own state of Arizona. You can hear the disgust in Governor Brewer's voice as she discusses the really low points of an immigration briefing from some White House representatives. Damn, she wasn't even given a copy of the slides for the Powerpoint presentation. That point in and of its self would have pissed me off.
She also makes a point of bringing up the fact that more money is going to the country of Mexico than will be allotted to the National Guard troops that will be "protecting" the border. This has to be punishment for her not playing the game with obama. and mind you the troops being sent will only act in an "administrative" capacity and not as enforcement for the border. They'll be securing latrines and desks while the filthy illegals laugh all the way across the border.
These are really sickening times in America. One can only hope that November gets here as soon as possible, to make this son of a bitch and his cronies become lame filthy ducks.
